Here's what you can expect:

One-to-One Support. We offer dedicated, personalized service to guide you through the probate process. We will handle all the legal details and ensure that your loved one's estate is handled with care and respect. You will have direct access to your lawyer.

Transparent Pricing. We believe in clear pricing. Unlike many lawyers who may charge a base fee plus a percentage of the estate, we provide a flat-rate quote for the Court application process, plus certain aspects thereafter, which would be detailed in our engagement letter. This approach often results in significant savings for our clients. Our flat-fees typically range from $4,000 to $8,000+, with most cases falling between $4,500 to $6,500. We are always here to help after you receive a Grant of Probate or Grant of Administration. Because not every client requires this support, it is not included in our flat-rate quotes; any additional time will be at your discretion and billed hourly. We'll provide a detailed quote after our consultation once we have an idea of your specific needs.
