What is Modern Wills?

Modern Wills Law is the legal practice of Britta Jones Graversen.

We provide personalized, lawyer-drafted, estate planning documents using modern technologies and methods. We believe most people will end up with better Wills if they work with a lawyer, which should save their family time, money and stress in the future, during an already very difficult time … but we also understand that the process should be more straightforward (and modern!) than it has been in the past. We also offer efficient estate administration services. We are technically a law firm but we are also a nimble small business.

  • We embrace technology and enjoy good design.

  • We believe details are important and we notice all the small ones.

  • We are always striving for improvement and we are excited for the future.

  • We believe respect, accountability, and clear + timely communication are key to an efficient and enjoyable workplace.

  • We work hard but we don’t work all the time. Time away from work makes us better at what we do and, most importantly, ensures we are providing the best service possible to our clients. We want to stop wearing “busy” as a badge of honour and prioritize rest, personal growth, and time with loved ones, in addition to delivering exceptional client service. (We know it is possible to do both!)

Open Positions.

We are not actively hiring for any positions at this time.

Are you interested in technology, automation, and superior client service in the legal space? We are always interested in connecting! Never know what the future holds.

Any other questions?

We thank everyone for their interest but note that we are not able to respond to all unsolicited applications. When not applying for a specific position, only applicants who move to the next stage of the process will be contacted. (This is not the case when applying to a specific position; transparency is important to us and we do our best to keep all candidates informed.)
