(b) MODERN WILLS LAW ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN, OR RELIANCE UPON, THE CONTENT. ANY CONTENT DOWNLOADED IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
(c) IN NO EVENT WILL MODERN WILLS LAW BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, RELIANCE UPON, ACCESS TO, OR EXPLOITATION OF THE WEBSITE OR THE CONTENT.
(d) Our total maximum aggregate liability will be limited to the lesser of the purchase price paid by you or $10.00.

By accessing the Website, you acknowledge and agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Website is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta with respect to all matters relating to these terms and conditions and your access and use of the Website and the Content.
